Quality is a systematic approach to the understanding of perfection. As Ortem, we implement many quality and integrated management systems in line with this understanding. Although our documents are obtained from accredited companies, they are also accepted by the leading companies of the automotive industry. The main ones are; IATF16949, AS9100, ASPICE, ISO9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO14001. Our main systems implemented in line with customer requests and approved by our customers are ; VDA, CYBER SECURITY IN AUTOMOTIVE, ISO 26262.
Along with the systems we apply, many production and product standards that reveal the quality of our products are implemented within our structure. ( IPC, IEC, ANSI are the set of standards that focus on standardizing the assembly, production, rework, storage and protection requirements of electronic systems.) In our organization, these standards are implemented by personnel authorized by accredited organizations. The main ones are; IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-033, IPC-7711/7721, IPC-7525, IPC-7527, IEC-61340, ANSI/ESD S20.20.
Our processes are improved day by day with systems such as 8D, 6S, Lean Production, 6 Sigma and Kaizen .
All systems are supported by the Project Management Tools, ERP, MES, PLM systems we use.
